THE FRUIT OF LABOR | Dream Plan EP. 1 [RECAP]

After a long year, I'm finally back at it again with the recaps since now, we actually have another NCT variety/reality show, WayV's Dream Plan!  Since I have some episodes to catch up on I'll be releasing a recap every day until I catch up and then it'll be every Monday and Wednesday! Anyways, now that I'm done with my opening words, let's get into the highlights of this episode!

This whole series will be them collecting microphones by doing certain challenges so that they can achieve their dream stage. They have to first, complete their farm tasks, complete their travel activities, and prepare to perform in front of an audience.

The boys get packing for their trip and  the first few moments already had me like: 🥰😑🤣

Winwin in lazy mode is all too cute and relatable. I think all our favorite hobbies is laying down so he's not alone. 😅

Ten was going to pack his book to learn Chinese and Hendery said that he doesn't need to because he's Ten's Chinese book. Hendery is so cute!

Yangyang was packing his suitcase and this boy was just honestly flinging his clothes and shoes wherever. 😂 Yangyang was packing so lazily and unsurprisingly Kun couldn't continue looking at that mess so he did it himself. More unsurprisingly, Yangyang wanted him to do it anyways. I swear, this boy...  🙄😒

They all seemed excited about the trip, especially Lucas and Hendery. They were filled with energy.

Ten's explanation for Lucas only getting bit by mosquitoes but not Winwin is so hilarious and I wonder if there's truth in that forreal??

When they reach their place, they were obviously sh👀k when they heard the challenge but they were ready.

With the first dartboard challenge, Winwin and Lucas were so amazing at it. Their darts actually landed at the two center rings. They truly should compete at ISAC one day with the other NCT members.

Now the spinning dartboard was when it got real cause they also had to help each other earn points for the rooms and the number they land on would be multiplied to their previous dartboard scores.

Lucas still came out being the champion in both so he got first pick of the rooms:

The Mona Lisa - VIP room

The 5 Lotuses- Family room

Starry Night - Mystery room

When Lucas chose the Mona Lisa VIP room, he realized the VIP room can only be used by one person... and he was super excited 🤣🤣🤣

The others were hit with a ton of bricks 'cause they were walking in all confident and Lucas was quick to read them out the card.

Xiaojun was last to go into the Mona Lisa room and when he found out that only Lucas could be in that room, he was already worried that the rest of the members were already packed in the Starry Night room.

When he saw them in there, his expression looked like he had seen the most terrifying nightmare and Lucas...

Well, Lucas was laughing like he done took over the world. 🤣🤦🏾‍♀️

The boys were assigned their farm jobs soon after settling in their rooms.

Kun and Ten had to spread fertilizer, Winwin and Lucas had to pick jaws, and Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang had to plant corn.

I have to include a clip of this part when Kun was explaining what fertilizer in Chinese means to Ten was so adorable and hilarious.

They all chose their scooters to ride in to get to each of their assigned farms.

Ten and Kun were driving like they were in an action movie and Winwin and Lucas were flirting like a couple 😂🤣🥰

Winwin and Lucas were shown first and they asked the farmer how many of the maytrees they had to pick and they had to pick 100; when Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyand were shown at their assigned farm, they found out that they had to plant a whole field of corn. 😱😖😩

When Kun and Ten were shown at their farm, Ten, being the germaphobe that he is, was trembling while shoveling the fertilizer 😂

Now, by this time in the episode, there were so many moments that I found sweet and cute like...

When Lucas and Winwin were talking about the harvest with their farmer and I liked how they were interested and respectful. They realized that the food that they eat doesn't come without hard work.

And another adorable moment when Ten was telling Kun that them working reminded them of the dwarves.

This moment was also so cute and hilarious when Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang were making their own working music while planting corn.

After doing a hard day's work, they finally got to take a break.

Winwin and Lucas performed "Take Off" for their cokes and Kun and Ten did a chicken fight for the coke and iced coffee 😂😂😂

They also received the fruits of their labor: pork belly, mushrooms, and flour.

In the next episode, they'll have to make their own dumplings. Let's see how well they do!
