FEEL-GOOD, HAPPY VIBES | NCT 127 - Touch MV

I'm finally getting around to writing this post now! It's good I'm doing it now because the "Yestoday" and "Black on Black" MVs are coming soon!

Only just from the beginning, of the MV I was already dying from the squishyness. It sounded upbeat and happy just 2 seconds in. Them playing tug of war was pretty cute too.

The vocals came in nicely and the beat was chill and of course the visuals were poppin'. 👌👌👌 I was surpirsed yet than k ful that Yuta came in and actually had lines! One down, two to go, SM!

When the chorus came in, I was sh00k. I was so shook at how golden the chorus was. It stayed stuck in my head all day after watching this MV. That was one of the best choruses I've heard in a long time.

As if the verses, choreo and vocals weren't enough to have me sucked into the MV, they had cute member pairs here too. This MV also not only provided us with vocals, nice beats, and visuals but the ultimate "you're doing amazing, sweetie" meme. Thank you, LSM and SM staff. Ya'll did well. 💚

I'm giving even more appreciation to the staff 'cause the sets were so vibrant and beautiful and matched perfectly with their outfits. The scene with the blue background with the feathers was so refreshing and bubbly plus the editing was great too! We need to give props where props are due 'cause I think we're quicker to hate than to give props.

Overall, concerning the song and the video, this was the best music video so far for me. Flawless.

This is one of the songs on Empathy that I could listen to on constant replay because it's so catchy and it just a feel-good song with happy vibes I love feel-good songs; that's one of the main reasons I like k-pop 'cause songs like that are not easy to find in Western media.

Concerning the change and concept, I smelled that coming when Dream's teaser's and MV were releasing. If you really think about it, it was actually not as huge of a change as Dream's concept because we have "0 Mile" and "Angel" which were lighter and sweeter so, this time, it seem that we'd see how it's like to actually have a song like those as a title track.

They also truly show that concept has no age if it's done tastefully. Some great examples would be Astro and 14U with their lighter, fluffier songs and OGZ and TheEastLight. with their cool rock and rap concepts (even though their so young and cute).

Anyway, if you want, tell me what's your favorite part of the MV since it's nice to here what ya'll think!
