NCT Dream members consist of Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, and Jisung. Among them, a member (Jaemin) was previously affected by an injury and is in the middle of recovering at the moment. Because NCT Dream is the younger unit, all the members said that they will leave the unit one day. Jisung could even become the leader in the unit! 

In recent years, idols are not set apart/high and mighty. Just like NCT 127, for example, they ran a charity truck and traveled to Chuncheon with the fans. One by one the members gave them a stamp. I asked NCT Dream if they plan to do something similar. Haechan said, "As members of NCT Dream, we don't have the chance to interact with the fans so if we ever get the chance to interact with the fans, we will try are best to do so." 

This month, Dream made a comeback with "We Young" and a mini album with the same title. There are five songs that are for the summer and have a youthful atmosphere.

Canadian member Mark, is in NCT U and NCT 127 but  is also NCT Dream's leader. One could imagine how busy he must be. In the beginning of the year he also participated in the variety show, High School Rapper. His perfect rap and dance had zero mistakes, destroying the public's prejudice of idol group rappers.

Looking back on the year, Renjun said that the most memorable moment was when they got their first win and stayed in first place for 3 consecutive weeks. After NCT got their first win with "My First and Last" on a music show, the three units shared their feelings with each other; all the members couldn't help but cry tears of joy! One can see how much pressure they were under.

Haechan said that because they have goals (they want to achieve), they practice nonstop. In addition, Mark said, "Just like how our songs are filled with energy, when we practice, we're also very entertaining. We joke around but we still take practice seriously. We enjoy practice and we practice very sincerely."

In his childhood in China, Chenle took part in various talent competitions and also has a solo concert in Shanghai. He already had popularity. Last year in August, he made his debut on the music show, M Countdown.

With "Chewing Gum", NCT Dream had a youthful style as well as with The First ("My First and Last"); sometimes its a noble style and sometimes it's nostalgic. It's a pleasant surprise every time! Won't that be challenging? Jisung said that they don't really need to try different styles. Mark immediately responded , "Jisung meant to say that it's only been a year since we debuted. Even though we have our own styles that we like, we are still looking for our true color. So compared to just having one single style, we hope that everyone can see our hidden sides and we also want to try different styles."
