NCT IS NOT AN ARTIST? (RANT)/ CUTE OVERLOAD!💕 | NCT 127 - Cherry Bomb + 0 Mile @ SBS Inkigayo 170618

 I read comments on the performances (even though it stresses

me the hell out sometimes) to see what ya'll think so I can have a broader perspective of the fandom's opinions on things. (Be prepared for the rant before my usual commentary on the performance.)

I seen this comment and I totally agree with this comment and I hope that this comment will always remain true to NCT.

"NCT can choose to come out with a song that can please Korean taste and that'll get them to the top. SM is a company that know what the Korean audience wants. But SM decided to take the risk with this concept to prove a point. Most of the other companies play it safe so they can make money/be successful. They come out with the same type of songs 24/7 cuz they know it's the only way they can be popular. NCT has a new concept and give them a bit more time and the Korean public will understand what NCT is tryna show to everyone. They don't care about pleasing a certain taste. They are artists."

Now the comment that had me pissed was this one.

"ummmm they are not artists... they are puppets. artists make their own music and decide everything. concepts, songs, venues, etc. Artists create and make things that are their own. kpop idols are told what to do, all they so is carry out what their company wants"

Doing every single thing is not the only way to qualify as an artist and last time I checked, although they may not pick the concept, venues, etc., there are some members who have written and produced the songs on their album and

,for me, that is enough to qualify as an artist. 

Also, I'm pretty sure a song like this is not what the company wants because it is not a "safe", public friendly song and because of that, it will be hard to get wins. 

So I'm pretty sure LSM is branching out with style and being less controlling of

what the songs will be like.

They were looking smexy in the beginning with their intense gazes. Way to kill me not even only 2 seconds into the performance.

Their outfits look so cool and pretty at the same time! These will be my favorite ones besides the ones in the album photos.  They almost look similar to "Limitless" ones but still like "Cherry Bomb" though.

The fanchants were so clear and loud. It was perfect! 😭😭😭
Then we get some screams and screen time for Haechan and Johnny too.
I'm blessed... so blessed by this performance. 😌😌😌 👏👏👏

This performance was so close to to being perfect in every way. If only Inkigayo's filming was better then it would be 100%.

The outfits look like "0 Mile" was possessed by "Without You"and "The 7th Sense", but it looks really nice, tho!

Everyone is so freakin' precious in this! There was too much cuteness going on. The adorable smiles, Taeyong poking Jaehyun's cheek, Yuta making a heart, Yuta hugging Mark, and Taeyong cutely shaking Taeil. I need to go cry now...😭😭😭😘😘😘
